Quick and easy to make: Pasta with minced beef sauce for your children

Pasta symbolizes the wish for prosperity and joy. The longer the noodles are, the more enjoyable of the cook is. Pasta has become a popular food in major festivals or important parties in the West for the same reason. And Big C with moms will make this delicious and meaningful dish.

Ingredients for 4 people include:

- 300gr minced beef (You can buy at Big C)

- 200g of tomatoes

- 2-3 onions

- 100gr garlic

- 100gr grinding purple

- Tomato sauce (You can choose to buy a variety of tomato sauce available at Big C based on your taste)

- Spices: salt, oil, pepper, butter, mayonnaise

- 1 packet of Italian pasta

Instruction:

  • Add pasta in boiling water. Before that, you should add salt and oil in water to has shiny and non-sticky Pasta.

  • While waiting for the pasta, you can make the minced beef sauce. First, heat oil and garlic. Then, add in tomato and stir. Finally, add in beef and quickly stir on high heat to keep the softness of the beef. Season it with salt, sugar, black pepper, wedge seeds and fresh milk.

  • Serve your pasta with sauce, add a little cilantro and pepper to increase the deliciousness of this dish.
