Top 4 ultimate tips for staying fit over Tet Holiday
As the Tet Holiday- the Vietnamese Lunar New Year- is just around the corner, we are entering a time of year when lots of people inevitably gain some weight. There's the extra pressures of trying to get everything done in time, crowds at the shops, battling the traffic and huge expectations from families. The result? They eat and drink too much.
