• Me Linh: 8:30am - 10:00pm.
 

• Can Tho: 8:00am - 9:30pm.
  

• Binh Duong: 8:00am - 9:30pm.

 

 

• At all Big C stores, after you get your receipt, you can go and ask for the VAT bill at the reception area.

• Conditions for Free delivery Telephone sale service are:
 

- Value of the receipt is equivalent or above 500.000 VND (at Big C Hoang Van Thu, Big C Mien Dong, Big C Dong Nai and Big C The Garden), equivalent or above 200.000 VND (at Big C An Lac), equivalent or above 10kg rice (at Big C Nam Dinh, Big C Hai Phong, Big C Vinh Phuc, Big C Phu Thanh and Big C Me Linh), equivalent or above 15kg rice (Big C Binh Duong)

- Do not delivery fresh food,delicatessen and frozen food.

- Delivery service depends on the distance of each store (please contact the nearest store or connect to Big C website for more information).

 

• We are on the process to develop more services which will be informed to customers soon. We have tried our best to serve customers better day by day. Therefore, customers will always feel pleased when they go shopping at Big C stores.

 

We provide outfit to our staff, the color and style of the outfit will depend on their positions.

 

 

 

Big C Supercenter chain always opens on holidays. However, on Tet holiday, the opening hours will be informed at specific store, on website http://www.bigc.vn, on our catalogues and other media tools.

 

• It will take centuries for decomposing plastic bags.
 

• If we do not burn plastic bags in a right way, it will create poisonous gas, especially dioxin which causes serious diseases such as cancer, reproductive complications, congenital diseases,...

• Big C Hai Duong, Big C Thanh Hoa – with receipt which is equivalent or above 500.000 VND: free delivery within 20km.
 

• Big C Thang Long, Big C Hai Phong, Big C Megamall Long Bien, Big C Me Linh – with receipt which is equivalent or above 500.000 VND,Big C Nam Dinh – with receipt which is equivalent or above 300.000 VND,  Big C Da Nang, Big C Hue – with receipt which is equivalent or above 200.000 VND: free delivery within 15km.
 

• Big C Hoang Van Thu, Big C Go Vap, Big C Mien Dong, Big C Phu Thanh, Big C Binh Duong, Big C Truong Chinh – with receipt which is equivalent or above 200.000 VND: free delivery within 6km.
 

• Big C Dong Nai, Big C An Lac, Big C Can Tho – with receipt which is equivalent or above 200.000 VND, Big C Vinh Phuc – with receipt which is equivalent or above 300.000 VND, Big C Vinh, Big C The Garden – with receipt which is equivalent or above 500.000 VND: free delivery within 10km.

 

• Do not delivery fresh food, frozen food, and dairy products (except for Big C An Lac) (Please contact the nearest store for more details)

 

Big C has provided free buses to customers at some Big C stores:
 

• Big C Can Tho, Big C Me Linh, Big C Thanh Hoa, Big C Hai Duong, Big C Thang Long, Big C Megamall Long Bien, Big C Nam Dinh, Big C Vinh Phuc, Big C Hai Phong, Big C Vinh, Big C Da Nang, Big C Hue, Big C Dong Nai & Big C An Lac: free two ways Big C’s buses. Moreover, at Big C Dong Nai (with receipt which is equivalent or above 350.000 VND) and Big C An Lac (with receipt which is equivalent or above 150.000 VND): refund one-way bus fee to customers. This term is just applied for public buses stop over Big C Dong Nai and Big C An Lac.
 

• Big C Thang Long and Big C The Garden (with receipt which is equivalent or above 200.000 VND): refund one-way bus fee to customers.  Big C Go Vap refunds 4.000VND bus ticket with receipt which is equivalent or above 350.000 VND. This term is just applied for public buses stop over Big C Thang Long and Big C The Garden.

In order to satisfy customers, Big C has tried to improve Customer services better. Recently, we have several Customer services such as:

• Free parking fees (Big C Vinh Phuc, Big C Thang Long, Big C Hai Phong, Big C Nam Dinh, Big C Megamall Long Bien, Big C Thanh Hoa, Big C Dong Nai, Big C An Lac, Big C Go Vap, Big C Me Linh, Big C Can Tho) or refund parking fees right on the receipt in Big C Mien Dong, Big C Hoang Van Thu, and Big C Go Vap.

 

• Free present wrapping.

 

• Free delivery.

 

• Free Big C’s buses (Big C Thanh Hoa, Big C Thang Long, Big C Hai Duong, Big C Megamall Long Bien, Big C Nam Dinh, Big C Vinh Phuc, Big C Vinh, Big C Hai Phong, Big C Da Nang, Big C Hue, Big C Dong Nai, Big C An Lac, Big C Me Linh, Big C Can Tho). Especially, Big C Thang Long, Big C The Garden, Big C An Lac, Big C Dong Nai: refund one-way bus fee to customers. This term is just applied for public buses stop over those Big C stores.

 

• Installment payment for goods.

 

• Accept purchasing via credit card from some banks.

 

• And other services.

 

Those services are applied differently for each store. For more information, please contact the nearest store.

 

Installment service of electronic appliances is applied at several Big C stores (Big C Thang Long, Hai Phong, Vinh, Nam Dinh, Vinh Phuc, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, Hue, Dong Nai, Phu Thanh, An Lac, Big C Binh Duong). Customers can pay installment for electronic appliances (TV, washer, refrigerator,…) with simple procedure. Please contact the reception area for more information.

 

If you want to change your original store of the newsletter, please fill in the email you used previously and choose your new preferred store.
